She has directly and indirectly lead teams at CA Technologies (now Broadcom) and Nestle Waters. Over the past 20 years, she has successfully partnered with organizations in a variety of industries, including automotive, finance, biotech, pharma, technology and media.

Chris' specialty is helping clients cut through the noise, develop hard-hitting strategies and take quick action to achieve the results they want.  Most often, this work is done one-on-one with her clients who are high potential leaders and executives in mid-size to large organizations.

After working with Chris, leaders are more emotionally intelligent, enhanced visionaries, improved communicators and able to inspire their teams. To achieve these outcomes, she integrates long-standing leadership best practices, emerging trends in neuroscience and key mindfulness techniques to incite mindset shifts and behavioral change.
