I have years of experience as a catalyst enabling individuals who want to achieve the next level in their leadership capabilities. 

​

Most often my clients are mid-level to C-Suite and are looking for support and thought partnership because they have either a) recently achieved an elevated role, b) want to achieve greater responsibilities and/or, c) recognize their areas for growth need targeted and individualized strategies. They are willing to let go of old habits, experiment with different approaches, see things through a different lens and develop an intentional, authentic leadership philosophy.

Over the course of my 20-year career as a corporate organization development executive, ICF Professional Certified Coach and entrepreneur, I have worked with major global brands and small-to-mid size businesses in the following industries: automotive, biomanufacturing, biotech, consumer packaged goods, energy, finance, higher education, insurance, life sciences, logistics, manufacturing, pharma, retail, SaaS and technology.

I am adept at creating highly curated development experiences for my clients. These development experiences include cohort-based programs, open enrollment programs and 1:1 coaching and group coaching. I have built a track record of enabling key mindset shifts that level-up my clients’ leadership skills.

I currently live in Fairfield, CT with my husband and two young, neurodivergent children. I am a Long Island native, love the expansiveness of nature - especially the beach, gardening and traveling.
