Get to Know Chris Eisinger
Chris is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has a substantive background in organizational and leadership development. She has trained hundreds of leaders in the 20+ organizations she has partnered with and is nearing 500 coaching hours.
Additionally, Chris is a skilled facilitator, instructional designer and published author. She has directly and indirectly lead teams at CA Technologies (now Broadcom) and Nestle Waters.
After working with Chris, leaders are more emotionally intelligent, enhanced visionaries, improved communicators and able to inspire their teams. To achieve these outcomes, she integrates long-standing leadership best practices, emerging trends in neuroscience and key mindfulness techniques to incite mindset shifts and behavioral change. This is true of her one-one-one coaching work and the learning programs she offers.
She currently lives in Fairfield, CT with her husband and two young children. Chris is a Long Island native, loves the beach, gardening and traveling.
