You've built a career on delivering. This is about doing something intentional with what comes next.
CEC works with mid-level to C-suite leaders who are ready to close the gap between where they are and where this next chapter requires them to be.
Book a consultation → Learn about Chris →You're good. Often very good. And something has shifted.
The role got bigger. The expectations changed. And you're aware — in the way that honest, self-aware people are aware — that a new level of leadership is being asked of you. Not because you're failing. Because the stakes are higher.
This isn't about fixing something broken. It's about doing something intentional with a pivotal moment — before the gap between where you are and where you need to be becomes visible to others before it's visible to you.
You've recently stepped into a bigger role and want to get ahead of the learning curve before it shows
You're being considered for a promotion and want to make sure you're ready — not just capable
You're getting feedback that's hard to act on — or not getting feedback at all, and you sense something is being left unsaid
You want to be more intentional about your leadership — not just reactive to what each day demands
You're ready to hear the truth — and to do something with it
You want to work with someone who is direct, invested, and won't waste your time
A structured process. No generic curriculum.
Every engagement is built around you — your goals, your gaps, your leadership context. We start with rigorous assessment, establish specific goals, and work toward observable change. Sessions are 1:1, typically every two weeks.
We begin with validated tools — typically the Leadership Circle Profile 360 — that give us an honest, data-grounded picture of how you are currently showing up and how you are experienced by others.
Together we identify the specific shifts that matter most, the measures that will tell us we've succeeded, and the coaching cadence that fits your schedule and priorities.
1:1 sessions every two weeks, 6–18 sessions depending on scope. Direct, challenging, invested. You'll be held accountable to what you agree to do between sessions.
Progress is tracked throughout — not just at the end. Stakeholder input confirms that the shifts you are making are being noticed by the people who matter.
If the timing is right, let's find out together.
A consultation is a 30-minute conversation — not a pitch. We'll talk about where you are, what's at stake, and whether this is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you that directly and point you somewhere that might be.
In our consultation, we'll cover:
Where you are right now — the role, the stakes, and what you're sensing needs to shift
What a coaching engagement would look like — structure, cadence, and what to expect
What kinds of outcomes are realistic and how we'd measure them
Whether Christina Eisinger Coaching is the right fit — and if not, an honest referral
