You have a leader who is good — often very good. They've earned their role. But something in how they show up, how they are experienced by peers, direct reports, or senior stakeholders, may be limiting confidence in their trajectory.
It's not a performance problem. It's a perception gap. And it's exactly the kind of thing that rarely gets named directly — until it's too late to address proactively.
Christina Eisinger Coaching is built for this moment. We surface the gap with precision, work with the leader to close it, and make sure the progress is visible to the people who matter.
Common triggers for this engagement include: succession planning, promotion readiness, new role transitions, executive team integration, and high-potential accelerated development.
Structured. Diagnostic. Accountable to outcomes.
Every engagement follows a clear process — from diagnostic baseline through measurable behavioral change. Nothing is generic. Everything is calibrated to the leader, the role, and what the organization needs to see.
Chris meets with you — the HR or talent leader — to understand the context, the stakes, and what success looks like from the organization's perspective.
The engagement begins with validated tools — typically the Leadership Circle Profile 360 — that surface perception gaps with precision and establish a clear baseline.
1:1 sessions every two weeks, 6–18 sessions total. Goals, milestones, and measures are set at the start. Stakeholder check-ins track visible progress throughout.
A final session reviews outcomes, celebrates progress, and sets a plan for continued development. You receive a summary of progress visible to stakeholders.
Enterprise-aware. Rigorously confidential. Accountable to both sides.
Chris structures every engagement to serve both the leader and the organization. The leader's coaching content stays confidential — but progress toward agreed goals is visible to you throughout.
You'll have a clear point of contact throughout the engagement. Periodic stakeholder check-ins keep you informed without compromising the coaching relationship.
Behavioral change that is visible to peers, stakeholders, and direct reports — not just self-reported. Progress is tracked through leading indicators, not assumptions.
Chris brings 20+ years of enterprise organization development experience. She understands the dynamics you're navigating — succession, stakeholder politics, readiness timelines — and works within them.
Let's talk about your leader.
A consultation is a 30-minute conversation — not a pitch. We'll talk about where your leader is, what the organization needs to see, and whether this is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you that directly and point you somewhere that might be.
In our consultation, we'll cover:
The leader's current situation — role, stakes, and what the organization needs from them
The perception or behavioral gaps you're observing — and what's at stake if they aren't addressed
How a coaching engagement would be structured, what it costs, and what outcomes to expect
Whether Christina Eisinger Coaching is the right fit — and if not, an honest referral
